구연산부탄미레이트

 

이 약을 건조한 것은 정량할 때 구연산부타미레이트 98%이상을 함유한다.

 

성 상 : 이 약은 황백색의 괴상이며 약한 아민 냄새가 난다. 이 약은 물에 녹는다. 이 약의 융점은 75 - 77도이다.

 

확인시험 : 다음 순도시험법중 박층크로마토그래프법에 따라 시험한다.

 

구연산 : 순도시험의 검액 1ml와 0.1mol/L 과망간산칼륨 1ml 및 2mol/L 빙초산 1ml를탈색될까지

끓이지 않고 수욕상에서 가열한다. 맑은 용액에 브롬수 1ml를 넣으면 백색 침전이 생긴다.

 

디에칠아미노에톡시에탄올 : 순도 시험의 검액 1ml를 2mol/L 수산화나트륨액 3ml가든시험관에 넣고 그증기를 물에적신 적색리트머스 시험지에 쪼이면 청색으로 변한다.

이 약 0.2g을 정밀하게 달아 100ml 용량플라스크에 넣고 70% 에탄올로 녹이고 70% 에탄올로 100ml로 한다음 70% 에탄올을 대조로 하여 흡광도를 측정할 때 파장 249NM에서 흡수극대,파장 245nm에서 흡수극소를 나타낸다.

 

순도시험 / 검 액 : 이 약 2.5g을 달아 더운물에 녹여 50ml로 하고 식힌 다음 검액으로 한다.

염화물 : 검액 5ml를 취하여 네슬러관에 넣은 다음 염화물시험법에 따라 시험한다. 비교액에는 0.01mol/L 염산 0.35ml를넣는다.

황산염 : 검액 5ml를 취하여 네슬러관에 넣고 황산염시험법에 따라 시험할 때 액은 혼탁하지 않는다.

이약 1g을 담아 중금속시험법 제1법에 따라 시험한다. 단 비교액에는 납표준액 2ml을 사용한다.

 

유연물질

검 액 : 이 약 0.1g을 달아 100ml 분액깔대기에 넣고 물 20ml와 2mol/L 암모니아 10ml에 녹인다음 클로로포름 20ml씩으로3회추출한다.

추출액은 무수황산나트륨층을 통과시킨 다음 300ml 환저플라스크에 넣고 50도에서 감압 건조시킨다.잔사를 메탄올 5ml에녹여검액으로한다.

제 법 : 이 약은 구연산비스마스칼륨을 가지고 정제의제법에 따라 만든다.

확인시험 : 이 약을 가루로 하여 구연산비스마스칼륨 약 0.5g에 해당하는 양을 달아 물 20ml를 넣어 녹인 액은 구연삼염, 비스마스염 및 칼륨염의 정성반응을 나타낸다.

 

정 량 법 : 이 약 20정 이상을 가지고 무게를 정밀하게 달ㅇ ㅏ고운 가루로 한다. 구연산비스마스칼륨 약 1g에 해당하는 양을 정밀하게 달아 회석시킨 질산을 넣어 녹인 다음 물을 넣어 정확하게 담아 여과한다. 여액에 물을 넣고 에칠렌디아민테 트라초산디나트륨액으로 적정한다. 다만, 적정의 종말점은 액의 적자색이 황색으로 변할 때로 한다.

 

칼 륨 : 이 약 20정 이상을 가지고 무게를 정밀하게 달아 고운 가루로 한다. 구연산비스마스칼륨 약 0.17에 해당하는 양을 정밀하게 달아 물을 넣어 녹여 정확하게 100ml로 하여 여과한다. 처음 여액 10ml는

버리고 그 다음 여액 1.0ml를 취하여 이하 구연산 비스마스칼륨의 정량법에 따라 시험한다.

구연산옥셀라딘정

 

이 약은 정량할 때 표시량에 해당하는 구연산옥셀라딘을 함유한다.

 

제 법 : 이 약은 구연산옥셀라딘을 가지고 정제의 제법에 따라 만든다.

 

확인시험 : 이 약20정 이상을 취하여 가루로 하여 약4g을 삼각플라스크에 취하여 물 40ml를 넣어 진탕혼화한 후 여과하여 여액에 대하여 다음 시험을 한다.

위의 여액 10ml에 황산제이철시액 10ml를혼합후1%과망간산칼륨용액을가하면과망간산칼륨의홍색이소실되고백색침전이생성된다.

위의 여액에 라이넥케염용액을 가하면 침전이 생성되며 여과하여 침전을 취하고 침전이 무색이 될 때까지 물로 세척하여 데시케이터에서 3시간 건조하여 융점을 측정할 때이다.

 

정 량 법 : 이 약 20정 이상을 가지고 무게를 정밀하게 달아 가루로 한다. 구연산옥셀라딘 약 20mg에 해당하는 양을 정밀하게 달아 10ml 용량플라스크에 넣고 물을 넣어 30분이상 진탕 후 방치하고 물을 넣어 정확하게 100ml로한다.여과후

검액으로 한다.
